So I decided to write about my nerdy side for this blog.  Two things…

1. Upgraded my 100 GB hard drive on my MacBook Pro to a 500 GB drive, check out the pics.  If you want to know how to do it, go here:

Click MacBook picture to see to see more pics.

2. Hanging with Carl and Brian at the Colo (Co-location), where the Siphon Systems servers live.  We never plan to be there more than 2 hours, but each time we find ourselves at the colo for a minimum of 4 hours.  Siphon Systems is my side-business with my buddy Brian.  Here’s our company site if your interested:

Most of you that probably read our blog know that I grew up in the Napa Valley.  I decided to bring my camera and see if I could get some pictures of the Valley with the beautiful mustard flowers in bloom, since last time we drove up they we’re in full bloom.

If you don’t come up to the Napa right when they’re blooming, the wineries eventually remove all of them, but if you manage to see this scenery it’s a beautiful landscape.  Unfortunately most of the wineries have removed the mustard flowers, but I got some pictures of  areas that still haven’t removed them.

I also took pictures of some of my favorite places, while I was at it.  Click on the picture below to see a slideshow.
